Falcons Family Expands

Former St. Cathaines Falcons Peter Lacey Jr. and Rick Denham each added a new member to their families recently.

Peter and new mom Lesley said hello to their daughter Mikayla Lynne Lacey for the first time at 1:47am on Monday, August 21st, weighing in at 6 pounds, 12 ounces.

Pete was a past assistant captain with the hockey club, and played with the Falcons for five seasons. He also scored the game winning goal for the Falcons in the longest game in GHL history.

Rick and his wife Amy welcomed 8 pound 14 ounce Lucas Walker Denham into the world at 11:33pm on Thursday, August 10th. Lucas greeted his new family at the St. Catharines General Hospital.

Though sound asleep with his new son Lucas in the picture to the right, Rick was never found snoozing between the pipes for the Falcons! He suited up as a goalie every Friday night for St. Catharines as he enjoyed stopping pucks for the Falcons organization.

After his hockey career, Rick created Altered Images Photography, a local business to the Niagara Region.
