Falcons Kids-4-Kids Event

The first annual St. Catharines Falcons Kids-4-Kids Ice Hockey Instructional & Skills Competition took place on Sunday, November 12th at the Jack Gatecliff Arena. The Mountainview Homes Falcons and Laidlaw Educational Services joined together to offer the future Falcons stars a chance to skate and show off their skills with our very own Jr. 'B' Falcons.

Falcons teammates Thomas Longland, Mike Chmielewski, Andrew Kilcar, Roch Charbonneau, Steele De Fazio, Dan Marwick, Jamie Heywood, Miles Torch, along with Falcons mascot Victor 'E' and Falcons General Manager Dave Cole were on hand to give participants a taste of a Falcons real practice.

The fun event, which raised over $2,000 for Children's Miracle Network, included use of the Jr. 'B' and Midgets dressing rooms, an autograph session afterwards, two hours of ice time, and a practice jersey, as well as assorted prizes drawn at the end of the skate.

The St. Catharines Mountainview Homes Falcons would like to thank everyone who came out on Sunday, as well as our Falcons skaters, coaching staff and assistants, parents, and sponsors. We hope everyone had a great time and look forward to holding the event next year!
