Neither team could pull the trigger for the remainder of the period so the Falcons carried the 2-1 lead into the 2nd intermission. The home team also lead in shots on net over the visiting Sailors by a tally of 30-8 after 40 minutes of play.

Daultan Leveille recored his third point of the night with his second goal of the game while on the power-play. Captain Kevin Floris and forward Ryan Elbers assisted on the play.

Port Colborne continued to fight back, however, grabbing their second goal of the game with less than 6 minutes remaining in the third period. Longland of the Sailors grabbed his second goal of the game to make the score 3-2.

Daultan Leveille completed his hat-trick Friday night, giving the Falcons a 4-2 lead with just under 4 minutes remaining in the game. Riley Sheahan's assist on the hat-trick gave him a total of 3 points on the night for the Falcons.
