Fan Appreciation Night

The Falcons will be holding their annual Fan Appreciation
Night this Friday, February 22nd, when the Falcons host the Wheatfield
Jr. Blades inside Jack Gateclif Arena.
Admission to the Falcons last home game of the regular
season this Friday will only cost $5.00 across the board for all age groups.

The Falcons had the lead going into the third period
Saturday night, but couldn't hold off the Canucks burst of offense as
they lost 5-3 inside Memorial Arena in Niagara Falls.

Stephen Ceccanese scored first in the first period, beating
Niagara Falls goaltender Ryan Ludzik at the 14:55 minute mark. Andre Abayof
and Vladimir Bessonov assisted on the goal.
Niagara Falls tied the game 1-1 before the end of the
first when Kyle Jukosky beat Falcons netminder Steele De Fazio with less
than 2 minutes to play in the period.

Daultan Leveille scored a power-play goal in the second
period for St. Catharines before Niagara Falls forward Mike Kusy tied
the game once again for the Canucks.
JT MacDonald gave St. Catharines a 3-2 lead with less
than 2 minutes before heading into the second intermission. Riley Sheahan
and Ryan Elbers added helpers on MacDonald's 16th goal of the year.

Antony Candeloro, Mike Kusy and Geoff Shugg all scored
for Niagara Falls in the third period to take a 5-3 lead which would end
up being the final score from inside Memorial Arena. The Falcons took
27 shots on net in the third period alone, but couldn't beat the Canucks
backstop.

The Falcons next game is at home inside Jack Gatecliff
Arena on Friday, February 22nd, when St. Catharines hosts the Wheatfield
Jr. Blades. Game time for Fan Appreciation Night is set for 7:30pm. All
admissions to the Falcons last home game of the regular season will cost
